Fyuz will take place in Madrid from 9 to 11 October 2023.
Fyuz will return to Palacio Municipal in Madrid, Spain for a second year.

To obtain an invitation letter from the event organizers to support your visa application, please complete this form. Each attendee will be required to complete their personal information and the specific details of their trip. Once you click 'finish' you will be able to download a signed letter in pdf format which contains all relevant information.

There are two ticket options:
Standard three-day pass which provides access to main stage and open-door content sessions plus the exhibition floor and networking areas. In addition, breakfast, lunch, coffee and snacks will be provided on all three days at no extra cost.
Virtual pass which provides access to a live stream of the main stage on all three days and access to the event app including a networking function to allow you to reach out to other attendees, both physical and virtual.

Once you have registered you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Prior to the event, you will receive a second email with a QR code which you will need to show on entry in order to collect your event pass on site. This QR code will also be available on the Fyuz app when you login using the same credentials used to register.
Early-bird tickets on sale 1 May until 8 June: $769 +VAT
Standard three-day pass on sale 9 June: $935 +VAT
Price increase on 25 August to $1099 +VAT
All physical tickets provide access to three full days of content across the main stage and open-door breakout sessions plus access to the exhibition floor and networking areas. In addition, all tickets to the physical event include breakfast, lunch, snacks and coffee each day.
Virtual tickets will provide access to live streamed main stage content and the event app which features a networking fucntion and will allow you to contact other attendees, both physical and virtual.
Payment can be made directly on the website using a credit card. Alternatively, you can request an invoice and pay by bank transfer within 14 days.
For purchases of 4 or more tickets, there is a discount of 10% off the current ticket price. To book multiple tickets, please complete this form and our finance team will arrange for an invoice to be sent to you.
Early bird tickets will be on sale from 1 May until 8 June with up to 40% off the final ticket price for the event.

There is no deadline to register for Fyuz 2023, you can do this right up until the event on 25 October but registration is not available onsite. You must have a valid pass and QR code to collect your event pass at the registration desks. We strongly recommend you register as soon as possible in order to plan your trip and secure accommodation.
Fyuz passes are non-refundable. Pass holders may request a pass transfer to another person, colleague or client until 2 October 2023.
Covid-19 Policy: pass holders will only be entitled to a refund of your conference pass if you are unable to attend the in-person event in Madrid, Spain because you have been diagnosed with Covid-19 or if government-issued travel restrictions are in place during the event dates. If you are unable to attend because of the Covid-19 illness, FYUZ reserves the right to request proof of a positive diagnosis. If you have been potentially exposed to someone who is positive for COVID-19, you can request to transfer your pass to a future in-person event.
Government-issued travel restrictions include:
The country/state that you live in closes its borders to travel
The country/state you live in issues advice not to travel to Madrid, Spain
The country/state you live in has imposed an unavoidable quarantine on return from travel
There is an unavoidable quarantine on arrival in Madrid, Spain
There is a further lockdown phase in the country/state you live in that prevents you from leaving your home except for essential requirements
In the event Spain announces a return to Covid-19 restrictions, Fyuz will abide by local government and World Health Organization guidelines. Should capacity limits impact seating your conference pass may be subject to change to the next in-person event. Seats will be allocated based on time of purchase.
If the Spanish governing body imposes a new restriction that prohibits Fyuz from holding an in-person event you will be able to transfer your pass to the next in-person event. Refunds will not be available.
